DECISION No.5/XCIX/14 OF THE 99TH SESSION OF THE ACP COUNCIL OF MINISTERS HELD IN NAIROBI KENYA FROM 16 TO 18 JUNE 2014
THE POST-2015 DEVELOPMENT AGENDA

The ACP Council of Ministers,

A. Meeting in Nairobi, Kenya, from 16th to 18th June 2014, RECALLING its Decision [No.10/XCVIII/13] of the 98th Session in December 2013 in Brussels, Belgium which mandated the Committee of Ambassadors to develop an ACP-EU Joint Declaration on the Post-2015 Development Agenda;

B. HAVING REGARD TO the Report of the Committee of Ambassadors on the Ad-hoc Working Group (AWG) on the Post-2015 Development Agenda;

HEREBY DECIDES TO:

1. Approve the ACP/EU Joint Declaration on the Post 2015 Development Agenda;

2. Commend the Committee of Ambassadors for its efforts in the development of the ACP-EU Joint Declaration on the Post-2015 Development Agenda ((ACP/84/025/14 Rev.5);
