121st Council of Ministers Registration and Media Accreditation
Selecting Journalist in the participant category opens a dedicated media accreditation module for journalists, photographers, videographers, TV crews, radio teams, print media and online media representatives. The media form follows the requested stages: Personal Information, Media Information, Applicant Profile, Media Team, Equipment, Documents and Final Validation.

Registration and Media Accreditation Records
Submitted records are stored locally for testing and can be exported as CSV. Production deployment should write to SharePoint Lists, Odoo or a secure API.

window.OACPS_REGISTRATION_ENDPOINT to a Power Automate, SharePoint, Odoo, or custom API endpoint that sends email to conference.services@acp.int and ict@acp.int.
