Integrated Calendar and SharePoint Repository Layer
This platform consolidates the interactive calendar interface as the front-end user interaction layer and the SharePoint document repository as the structured document, form, and meeting-resource management layer.
Once documents are uploaded into the approved SharePoint backend folders, each calendar event pop-up routes users to the appropriate repository according to the meeting category detected from the Outlook event title, category, or description.
